Industries
Every industry speaks its own language. So does its data.
Traceability in automotive, batch tracking in food, yarn breaks in textile, remote sites in mining. We know the questions the floor actually asks.

Why industry knowledge matters
The same OEE formula applies in every plant, but “downtime” means a mold change on an injection machine, a yarn break on a knitting machine and a label jam on a filling line. Reason codes, shift patterns, batch and lot logic, quality records and the traceability level the customer demands all change by industry. An integration team that knows these differences does not spend the first weeks answering the wrong questions.
What does not change by industry
The data foundation does: connecting to machines, processing at the edge, modelling in one namespace and delivering to the ERP follow the same architecture in every plant. VOLSOFT puts industry knowledge into the data model and the screens, and the common architecture into the Proxus platform, so each new site reuses the template of the last.
