What is a production monitoring system?
Production monitoring system allows you to monitor every stage of your production with completely accurate and real-time data, thanks to IoT (Internet of Things) technology. With this system, you can detect losses, reduce them and take the right actions to increase efficiency.
What is a production management system?
Production management system, also known as MES (Manufacturing Execution System), allows work orders to be assigned to machines, to be tracked and to be integrated with subsequent processes.
Is it different from regular MES programs?
Yes, it is different. For VOLSOFT, every project is special and tailor-made. Offering unrivaled flexibility, our IIoT platform enables you to have a completely customized system that meets your needs 100% in record time. Our references are the biggest proof.
How is it installed?
Our expert automation team examines your machines and production processes and determines the most suitable data collection infrastructure for you. Does it run in the cloud?
The platform is offered in two different models to run in the cloud or on your local server. If you want to install on your local server, you need to purchase a license. Instead, it is possible to use it as a cloud-based SaaS service with monthly payment without investment cost.
Is the license model user-based?
No it's not! All VOLSOFT solutions are offered with unlimited user licenses. Licensing is done based on the number of machines in local server installations, and based on the number of machines + data size in the cloud SaaS model. The number of users does not bring an additional cost to the system.
Is it advantageous for grants and subsidies?
